He claimed that he had been driving around the estate for 20 minutes trying to find my house- the estate is very small and we are on Google maps so I find this hard to believe. The taxi was for my wedding so being so late affected the entire day. He was very rude to the passengers and did not know where he was going- blaming them for not telling him where to go!! It was not my bridesmaids job to give directions for the entire journey. Awful service and awful attitude. Would never recommend and will never use again."

"I wasn’t very impressed with our pick up. We arrived back at Gatwick to find no driver. I struggled to get hold of anyone on the numbers I had. When I did get hold of someone I was told I had booked a specific time, but I remember giving the flight details and talking about monitoring the flight. Whenever I have booked airport transfers with other companies they always monitor the flight to be there for collection so I was shocked your company didn’t. I was then blatantly lied to twice. I was told by you that the driver was 10 minutes away. I was then told 15 minutes away 10 minutes later. Then when I spoke to the driver he said 25 minutes away still. So we had to wait all that time with two very young and tired children. Luckily when the driver arrived he was really good and got us home nice and quickly and accommodated an extra drop off. He was really good. Needless to say I wouldn’t book an airport pick up with you again just because I don’t believe you are set up for it, but I do think your drivers are good and a credit to the company. "

"The return Journey Minibus was cancelled due to an alleged breakdown at 22:10 whilst we were somewhere over Western Europe. I only found this out after turning off Airplane mode and checking my emails after we had landed at 01:15. We were forced to book 3 taxis at the airport and delay our return home. I have spent the whole day trying to get a refund and reimbursement for out of pocket expenses. I have been passed backwards and forwards between Taxi code and Brighton Taxis. I was then hung up on by a man who would not give me his name and denied he was our outward leg driver, even though he sounded like him. We should not have been surprised that the Minibus had broken down. It barely got us to Gatwick on the outward leg and the driver spent the majority of the trip having an argument with another customer on the phone. We had a bad experience with this firm 3 years ago when a substandard taxi collected us from Gatwick and a driver that fell asleep at the wheel. We gave then a second chance when smaller trips had been fulfilled without incidence. DO NOT USE TAXICODE"

When we reached Caterham he asked us to type in the postcode on his phone, didn't even bother to ask us so he could do it.
